All transactions are subject to authorisation by the card issuer – Please note if you are having issues processing your order it may be that your billing address does not match the address that the card has been registered to.
CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/CREDIT NOTE TO PAY FOR AN ORDER?
Yes – When checking out, please enter your code at the top of the page and click ‘Apply coupon’, this will deduct the value of the code from the total of your order.

If your email has been entered correctly, please check your spam/junk folders as occasionally emails are filtered into these folders if we have not been added to your safe senders list.

MY COUNTRY IS NOT ON YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION PAGE, CAN YOU STILL SHIP TO ME?
If your destination country does not appear on our delivery information page, please email our customer service team at email@example.com providing your delivery address and the products you would like to order, we can then provide a bespoke shipping quote for you.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

ARE THE PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE IN STOCK?
We only list products on the website that are in stock in our warehouse – If you are able to add a product to your basket, the product should be available and ready to be shipped.
To confirm stock availability please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each product page will include a size guide so you can check sizing detail on each individual product. If you are between sizes or require a specific measurement, please feel free to email our friendly team at email@example.com.
WILL AN ITEM COME BACK INTO STOCK
We are constantly re-stocking products in season so there is a chance that out of stock products will be re-stocked. To receive email notification when a product comes back into stock, please see the individual product page and select this option.
Discounted or sale items are less likely to come back into stock due to them being either out of season or having limited numbers available.
