MULTI-BUY PROMOTIONS
Where products are purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion or discounted offer, the promotional price is conditional on all qualifying items being retained.
If you return one or more items from a multi-buy offer and the remaining item(s) no longer qualify for the promotion, the item(s) you keep will be charged at their full individual selling price.
Your refund will therefore be calculated as the amount originally paid, less the full price of the item(s) retained.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
VOUCHER CODES
From time to time we may run special offers where a voucher code can be used for a set price or a % discount of all or specified products on the website.
TEEPEG reserves the right to end designated offers should sufficient stock levels no longer be available.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon/voucher codes or loyalty points.
SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES (INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY/BLACK FRIDAY WEEK)
TEEPEG reserves the right to suspend/discontinue discount codes during sale & special offer periods - For example Black Friday. However, Loyalty Points may still be earned & redeemed whilst sales are 'live'.
